All intellectual property on harishtechai.com—including without limitation all video lectures, course outlines, visual system design diagrams, source code implementations, quizzes, written documentation, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, and website UI design—is the exclusive proprietary asset of HarishTechAi and Abhishek Patel, protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark legislation and international copyright conventions.

To enroll in paid or certified programs, learners must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under applicable Indian laws.

• Instant Digital Access: Upon successful transaction verification via our payment gateway, access credentials or digital learning links are delivered electronically via email or unlocked on your user dashboard instantly or within a maximum turnaround of 24 hours.
• Single-User License: Each enrollment represents a single individual seat. Multiple simultaneous sessions from geographically disparate IP addresses may trigger automated security locks.
• Curriculum Updates: We reserve the right to revise, update, deprecate, or enhance curriculum modules, frameworks, code versions (e.g., Swift versions, cloud architectures), or tools to keep pace with evolving industry paradigms.

All course fees, bundle packages, and mentorship subscriptions on HarishTechAi are governed by transparent commercial terms:

• Currency: All fees are stated, quoted, and collected in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), unless explicitly noted otherwise on checkout.
• Authorized Payment Gateway: We partner with CCAvenue (Avenues India Pvt. Ltd.) as our primary, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processing gateway to facilitate secure, encrypted electronic transactions.
• Supported Payment Modes: Through CCAvenue, we accept major Indian and international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Diners), Debit Cards, Net Banking across 50+ Indian banks, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and authorized digital wallets.
• Taxes & Invoicing: Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) as specified during checkout. Digital receipts and tax invoices are automatically transmitted to your registered email address upon payment confirmation.
• No Card Data Storage: HarishTechAi does not store, capture, or access your sensitive credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on our servers. All sensitive financial transactions occur through 256-bit encrypted sessions hosted securely by CCAvenue and your issuing bank.
• Failed Transactions: In the event that your bank account or card is debited but the platform reflects an unconfirmed status due to network latency or timeout, the debited sum is generally reconciled and either confirmed within 24–48 hours or auto-reversed to your original payment method by your issuing bank/CCAvenue within standard banking cycle turnaround times (typically 5 to 7 business days).

The services, tutorials, guides, and courses on HarishTechAi are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

• We make no warranty that the website or course materials will meet your individual expectations, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from server glitches, bugs, or omissions.
• Educational Purpose Only: Coding examples, architectural paradigms, cyber security demonstration environments, and smart contracts are intended strictly for instructional use in safe, authorized sandbox environments. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, in no event shall HarishTechAi, its founder Abhishek Patel, instructors, affiliates, payment partners (including CCAvenue), or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, hardware malfunction, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platform or courses.

Under any circumstances, the total aggregate liability of HarishTechAi towards you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to HarishTechAi for the specific course giving rise to the dispute during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Our website may contain hyperlinks to external third-party websites, developer tools, GitHub repositories, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), YouTube channels, or external documentation that are not owned or operated by HarishTechAi.

We exercise no control over the content, privacy policies, practices, or security of any third-party websites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by HarishTechAi. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your reliance on any external content, products, or services.

• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct (including payment chargeback fraud or content scraping).
• You attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our web architecture or digital rights management mechanisms.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you shall cease immediately, without liability for refund or compensation where termination resulted from your violation.

These Terms and Conditions, your relationship with HarishTechAi, and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to our website or payment transactions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
