Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs fee payments, transactions, and enrollments made on the HarishTechAi platform, operated by Founder & Educator Abhishek Patel.

This document must be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By enrolling in any paid course (System Design, iOS Development, Cyber Security, Blockchain Development, or Mentorship Bundles), you agree to be bound by the guidelines and conditions set forth herein.

We provide a strict 7-day refund review window starting from the exact calendar date and time of your successful payment confirmation receipt.

During this 7-day period, you are encouraged to review the initial introductory modules, explore the course roadmap, and assess the instructional quality. Requests submitted after the 7th calendar day from enrollment cannot be processed under any circumstances.

A refund will be validated and approved under the following conditions:

Due to the intellectual property and immediate proprietary digital assets unlocked upon purchase, fees are strictly non-refundable in the following cases:

• Proprietary Asset Downloads: Any user who has downloaded source code repositories, exclusive architecture blueprints, cheatsheets, or exercise solutions forfeits the right to request a refund.
• Violations of Code of Conduct: If an account is suspended or terminated for unauthorized screen capturing, curriculum ripping, commercial resale, or harassing community members, zero refunds will be granted.
• Special Discounted Bundles: Custom negotiated one-on-one mentorship retainers or corporate team licenses clearly labeled as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

All authorized refunds are processed through our primary RBI-compliant payment gateway partner, CCAvenue (Avenues India Pvt. Ltd.).

• Refund to Original Payment Source: The refunded amount will be routed exclusively back to the original payment instrument utilized by you (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI handle). Under no circumstances can refunds be remitted as cash, alternate bank account deposits, or third-party wallets.
• Settlement Turnaround: Once an eligible refund is verified and triggered by HarishTechAi administrators, CCAvenue and your issuing bank typically take 5 to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national banking holidays) to credit the funds back to your statement.
• Reference ARN / UTR: Upon processing, a CCAvenue refund reference tracking code (ARN / RRN) will be sent to your registered email address for bank tracking.

If you decide to cancel your course enrollment within the 7-day eligibility window, you must immediately email harishtechai@gmail.com requesting cancellation. Upon approval of your cancellation request, your portal access and active login credentials for that course program will be immediately revoked.

While extremely rare, HarishTechAi reserves the right to postpone or cancel a live cohort or workshop due to instructor medical emergency, force majeure events, or critical server infrastructure failures.

In such circumstances, students will be provided an immediate choice between:

• A 100% full refund through CCAvenue within 5 to 7 working days, OR
• Free rollover transfer to the next available live batch or an equivalent premium self-paced course package.

If unforeseen professional or personal commitments prevent you from attending your enrolled batch, you do not necessarily need to cancel!

You may request a One-Time Batch Deferral to switch to a future batch of the same course without penalty, provided your request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to batch commencement. Deferral requests should be sent to harishtechai@gmail.com.

Follow these simple steps to ensure swift processing of your refund:

We kindly ask students to contact our support team directly before raising a bank dispute or chargeback. Direct communication allows us to resolve any concern or refund faster than banking dispute cycles, which can take up to 60-90 days.

Filing unjustified chargebacks after consuming course materials will result in immediate permanent banning from HarishTechAi and may be reported to merchant risk bureaus.
